Weiser was previously the dean of the University of Colorado Law School and the founder of Silicon Flatirons, a CU Boulder organization that focuses on the intersection of law, innovation and entrepreneurship, and public interest. Early in his career, he was part of the federal initiative that shaped the Telecom Act of 1996.
